The Town of Flower Mound invites the community to join together in observance of Memorial Day to remember all fallen soldiers of war at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 29 at the Flower Mound Senior Center (2701 W. Windsor Dr.). The program will feature a keynote speaker, Color Guard, patriotic music, bagpipers and a wreath presentation. This is a free event that is open to the public.

Celebrate the beginning of summer with Celebrate Highland Village on Saturday, June 3 at Unity Park. The morning events include a 1k/5k walk/run, a family fish out, and our Arbor Day Proclamation along with the giving away of Texas Native Redbud trees. That same evening, head back to the park for music, food, drinks, kids activities, and a spectacular fireworks display.
The Visual Art League of Lewisville exhibit “Cell Phone Shots” will be on display in the North Corridor gallery at the Medical Center Lewisville Grand Theater, 100 N. Charles.
The exhibit will include photographs taken exclusively with cell phones or tablets. The photographs reveal technical advancements in cell phone cameras as well as the outstanding creativity of Visual Art League members.
