RECENT HOUSING REPORTS INDICATE A RISE IN MEDIAN PRICES

The Housing Reports for local areas (Flower Mound, Argyle & Lewisville), for the period December 2017, indicate an increase in median prices, which is consistent for the North Texas market. As you might expect for the holiday season, active listings were down (with the exception of Argyle, which reported positive numbers). We predict that active listings for all areas will rise as we get closer to spring.
