In Denton County, the housing market is getting better all the time! Median prices are up 7.4%, active listings up 5.5% and months of inventory are holding steady. Closed sales rose 7.7% from January 2017, more proof that the Denton County market is good!
No surprises in the Flower Mound market! It remains a hot market! Median prices have risen 7.9% compared to a year ago, active listings are up 4.1%, and months of inventory are slightly up.
Lantana also remains a hot market. Median prices are up 1.9% from a year ago; active listings are up 76.1% for this month, and closed sales are up 76.9%.
